We often say that the USA might have the most perfect political system all over the world.Its government was built according to Checks and Balance,in which law the President,the Congress and the Supreme Court are independent from each other.But in the old world of Kings and Knights,this is absolutely rebellious.In order to win their rights,the American have experienced a cruel war,which was called
